Established lenders with proven track records and existing Portfolios wishing additional funds for placement of additional transactions with underwriting guidelines consistent with their existing portfolios.

Funding Sources:

Private Investment capital and NASD market

Preferred Funding:

Leasing, Medical, Industrial and Technology Credit Lines: Medical Providers collateralized by Accounts Receivables and or equipment.
